  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 100 gm water for knead

  16. 6 tsp oil
  17. 100 gm wheat flour

  1. Firstly, combine the wheat dough by taking wheat flour, oil, salt, enough water and knead
  2. Further, in a large mixing bowl take 4 boiled potato and mashed very well
  3. Add mashed potatoes,salt, chopped green chili, ginger paste, cumin powder,garam masala, coriander powder, and coriander leaves.Making sure all the ingredients are mix together
  4. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions,make a ball and dust with some wheat flour. further, roll a ball in a circle of about 5 inches in diameter
  5. Place a potato stuffing in the center of the circle
  6. Bring together all the sides in the center and seal tightly
  7. Roll again into a circle of 5 inches in diameter circle with a little flour
  8. On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute until golden brown spot appear
  9. Furthermore, flip the paratha untill golden brown
  10. Brush oil/ghee, flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly
  11. Repeat the same process with the remaining dough, and stuffing to make more parantha
  12. Finally, serve hot aloo paratha with butter, sauce, yogurt, or pickle.
